The app aims to encourage UAE nationals to log their professional profiles for learning management and upskilling. As part of the professional profile, the user can upload images, videos, documents and personal information. MOCA never misuse or share such information. The app enables the users to recommend a leader so that the management at UAE government can search for leaders in different domains.
