UAE Government Leaders Programme (UGLP) 4th Future Leaders Programme 2016

The UAE Government Leaders Programme has been launched under the aegis of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai , with a view to building and developing distinguished leaders of the future in collaboration with world-class institutions around the globe. The objective of this Programme is also to sustain premium leadership at all levels. Powered by formidable leadership, we will contribute effectively to the growth of the UAE and translate our long-term vision into a remarkable feat we can all be proud of. This full-fledged, comprehensive Programme is implemented at Four different levels of leadership. This was a necessary step towards giving all UAE federal employees the opportunity to partake in this Programme. In doing so, we aspire to build effective and inspirational examples of leadership that will have a positive influence on the UAE government initiatives, both on strategic and practical levels.
